Château de Lancyre is a winery located in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Founded in the late 19th century, the estate is now owned by the Brunier family, who have been producing wines since the early 20th century. The estate is best known for its Grande Cuvée Rouge, a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault grapes. This full-bodied red wine has aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and herbs, with a hint of oak. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced, with a long finish. The Pic Saint-Loup is another popular wine from Château de Lancyre. This blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre grapes is aged in oak barrels for 12 months, giving it a deep ruby color and aromas of blackberry, raspberry, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with a long finish. Both of these wines are excellent examples of the quality and craftsmanship of Château de Lancyre.
