SOLE since 1896--Solé - Classic The source:The source of Solé is located in the village of Nuvolento in the heart of Lombardy in the foothills of the Italian Alps. The natural mineral water flows untouched, directly from the source to the bottling production line. For Solé frizzante, CO² (self-produced through a natural process) is added. The history:Solé was founded by Battista Bodel in 1896 and is now run by his grandson Giuseppe, who continues the family tradition and employs only local staff. Solé is an active supporter of the local community and is increasingly involved in social causes, for example all residents of the village of Nuvolento receive free access to Solé's own well. The water:Solé water is known for its brilliant purity and special, natural taste. It is the perfect accompaniment to fine food and wine. Likewise, Solé water enhances a simple meal and is excellent at quenching thirst. With a pH value of 7.42 and its balanced calcium/magnesium ratio of 3:1, Brine tastes slightly sweet. It has only few sulphates, chlorides and nitrates and is therefore also suitable for babies. The design:The unique and distinctive green glass bottle has a graceful presence on the dining table. Solé Classic is available from us in returnable bottles in naturale and frizzante. Basically, Solé is not available in the German retail trade, but only in the catering trade. 750ml frizzante TDS 399.5 mg / l ph-factor 7,42 Hardness n.a.
