A large, generous, complex wine. Land: clay - limous. Vector: 100% Petit Maseng (harvest from 5 to 18 November; rendered 15hl/ha). In the cellar: fermentation and aging on fine flows in barrels (20% of new wood) for 18 months before bottling. Perfect combination with herbal cheeses or with shortcrust pastry desserts.
