As the name suggests, this is a champagne of great elegance. This Blanc de Blancs (i.e. made exclusively from Chardonnay) comes from the prestigious 1er Cru de Cuis vineyard, in the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs. The intense nose is dominated by notes of citrus zest and flowers. The very light dosage of this extra - brut champagne allows it to retain all its freshness and a lovely tension that complements its minerality. The long, luscious finish is reminiscent of fresh quince. A Blanc de Blancs of great delicacy!
