Wine fermented and macerated in underground earthenware amphora in which it ages for about 6 months and then passes into the bottle. A Magliocco of 15.5 degrees of well integrated alcohol, an intense ruby red with hints of black berries and spices, to which is added a silky and elegant tannins and a full taste that make the wine really rewarding. It matches with structured first courses, red meats, roasts, lamb, game and mature cheeses.
