Straw yellow colour with intense foam and fine and persistent bubbles. The aroma of Malvasia and Muscat prevail with floral and fruity notes of peach and pear, notes of acacia honey and citrus of grapefruit that evolve with time into notes of yeast. In the mouth there is a dry and full wine, with a nice freshness and a light savory note that entices to drink, a nice bitter and persistent finish.Suitable as an aperitif, with seafood, cold cuts and white meats. Also excellent with simple desserts such as cakes and tarts.
