Grapes 90% Muller Thurgau and 10% between Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc. First alcoholic fermentation in a spontaneous way, then second refermentation in bottle in the spring of the following year.The wine has a nice straw colour, the nose intense notes of white fruit, aromatic herbs, sage and green apple. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced, easy to drink
