Tradition and innovation have led us to sparkle the Pinot Nero. Harvested by hand, pressed and left to remain on the skins, fermented only on the must. On the nose a breath of freshly blossomed spring flowers. A delicate effervescence leads the palate to the freshness of the fruit like strawberry and raspberry, and reveals a balanced structure. Very fine bubble, very digestible, delicately citrine.
