Not much needs to be said here. PYCM is considered one of Burgundy’s best producer. This 1er cru, located in the commune of Chassagne - Montrachet, below the Morgeot cru, produces firm, deep white wines with the fat texture for which the commune's wines are famous. However, the estate manages to channel this natural breadth and amplitude by giving the wine a lovely tension. The nose is medium - intensity and progressive, complex and full - bodied. Candied lemon, candied ginger, light oak, smoke, vanilla. High acidity, powerful body, unctuous, gripping, fine structure that develops with exotic nuances. Long, fine. Superb.
