Diesel Fuel Complete is an all round continuous use fuel treatment. Todays diesel fuel, especially in the marine industry can be of variable quality and it can contain up to 12% bio diesel. This will inevitably contain water. In addition, diesel is hygroscopic which means that any free water in the atmosphere can be drawn into the fuel. This can lead to problems with diesel bug, filter blockages and poor engine performance. Regular use of DFC will ensure that the fuel remains in a stable condition, with an improved cetane number and greater stability overcoming the problems associated with poor quality diesel and biodiesel. DFC contains a preventative dose of Diesel Bug Killer as an added benefit to prevent the growth of diesel bug where water exists in the fuel. Use: The dose rate is 1 litre to 1000 litres therefore this product of 25L will treat 25000 litres. It should be added to any volume of fuel in the bunker tank and then should be added when the craft is refuelled to ensure ongoing protection
