Made in the only private estate in Syria, Bargylus stands out for its rich terroir both environmentally and historically. A land of a strength of character that we find through these wines , favouring a slow maturation and the evolution of the grape varieties. An exceptional cuvée due to the conflict that is hitting this region, forcing the estate to organize round trips carried out at great risk, crossing the front line to bring quality grapes and samples to Beirut to allow oenologists to make their work. Conflict-resistant vines yet so sweet when turned into wine. Bargylus White, with its dazzling colour, expresses its particularity from the opening by sharing floral aromas of verbena and mint, thanks to the chardonnay and sauvignon blanc associated with it. A frank and full attack will bring freshness and balance in the mouth. Some roasted flavours will appear, on a long and mineral finish. A cuvée with tasty origins to discover!
