Sika Boom G is known for its excellent thermal insulation! Dry to touch time: ~9 min Conditioning: 750ml Reference: 78109 Packaging: 1x Spray Extrudable Foam Expander - SIKA Boom G - Beige - 750ml Delivered in its original packaging Tips : The substrate must be clean, sound and homogeneous, free of oils, grease, dust and loose or friable particles. Paint, cement laitance and other weakly adhering elements must be removed. Shake the Sika Boom G aerosol vigorously for at least 20 seconds before use. Repeat agitation after long interruptions in use. Remove the small black cap from the Sika Boom G aerosol. Screw Sika Boom G onto the valve of the application gun. The amount of extruded foam expansion can be adjusted by applying more or less pressure to the trigger or by tightening or loosening the screw on the application gun. Fill the deep joints in several layers. Allow each layer to polymerize and expand sufficiently by spraying water between each layer. Do not completely fill the cavities as the foam expands during polymerization. When small cavities need to be filled, use an extension tube (expansion is less with an extension tube). All components must be temporarily fixed until the foam has completely cured. Do not remove Sika Boom G aerosol from the application gun. Removing the aerosol from an application gun without thoroughly cleaning it with Sika Boom Cleaner will damage the application gun.
