Nylon 6.6 Polyamide PA 6.6 (trade name "nylon"). Nylon 6.6 is 7 times lighter than steel, making it a wise choice for reducing weight or mass. It also has high thermal, mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as excellent electrical insulation properties. It can also be easily recycled for chemical reuse or energy recovery. Lastly, it is stainless and resistant to freshwater, seawater and salt spray, which considerably reduces the risk of corrosion and seizing. It has a maximum continuous operating temperature of 120°C and a minimum operating temperature of -30°C. The melting point is 255°C. ISO / DIN standards This product complies with DIN 9021 standards (similar ISO 7093, NFE 25-513/25-514, UNI 6593). These standards ensure professional quality and simplify identification of similar products.
