CG2W - SIKA SikaCeram Large Joint - Grey - 4kg, is a one-component hydraulic mortar, ready to be mixed. Preliminarily moisten unglazed or porous coatings. Do not apply in windy, draughty, rainy or hot weather conditions, or on a frozen surface or one that has been exposed to direct sunlight for a long time (the temperature of the surface must be below 30C). Mix with clean water of the desired consistency, using an electric mixer at low speed (about 500 rpm) or manually, until a homogeneous paste without lumps is obtained. Water quantity: 5.2 litres of water per 25 kg bag 0.9 litres of water per 4 kg bag Curing time: 3 min. Spread the mortar on the flooring with a squeegee or rubber float. Smooth, by cross-passes, diagonally to the joint, making sure to completely fill the joint. When the mortar as well as its setting, clean the coating with a damp sponge and frequently rinsed, diagonally, and making sure not to dig the joints. Finish by cleaning with a dry cloth.
