Colors: White Packaging: Refill 400ml Reference: 443733 Packaging: Comes in the original packaging Advice: SUPPORT The substrate must be clean, dry, sound and homogeneous, free from oils, grease, dust and non-adherent particles or friable. The laitance of cement and other weakly adherent elements must be eliminated. SikaHyflex 160 Construction adheres without primer or activator. APPLICATION After the necessary preparation of the supports, install in the joint a Sika JOINTS FUND of adapted section and to the required depth. If necessary, apply a Sika primer. Install a refill or cartridge into a putty gun and extrude the SikaHyflex 160 Construction into the seal, press it onto the seal lips making sure they are in good contact with them and avoid any air bubbles. SikaHyflex 160 Construction should be tightly squeezed against the joint lips to allow proper adhesion. It is recommended to use protective tapes on the supports if sharp and straight edge joints are required. Remove the protective tapes before the sealant forms a skin. If SikaHyflex 160 Construction is dry-smoothed, its surface appearance will be slightly structured like concrete. If it is smoothed with a smoothing fluid compatible with either Sika Tooling Agent N, its surface appearance will be smooth. Smooth before skin forms.
