Wine produced by old vineyards between 40 and 70 years old is characterized by its refined austerity. Interrene: silicon - clayey on late Miccescists. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature (16th - 17th). Aging for 14 months on fine fucce in underground tanks (typical of the Pays Nantais).
