This is a Wooden Boat Series publication and is a compilation of various experts and contributors to the excellent American magazine. There lies a minor problem as the references are sometimes to products or terminology not in use in the UK. Nevertheless it is full of useful information and nicely illustrated with line drawings. It does cover pretty much everything. It is not the perfect book on the topic but it is such a subjective area that there probably never will be!
