Plastic thru - hull transducer pack - port and starboard - 12° HV - 300 - for Raymarine Element HyperVision sounder For Raymarine Element sounders delivered without a transducer, we offer one of the 2 available transducers: The HV - 300 HyperVision probe pack has, as its name suggests, HyperVision technology. This concentrates DownVision, SideVision and RealVision 3D technologies. With this pack of two HV 300 through - hole transducers at 12°, port and starboard, double the sounding surface of your Element Hypervision sonar. Hypervision: With the extremely high frequency range of its 1.2 MHz CHIRP sonar, HyperVision takes DownVision, SideVision and RealVision 3D sonar to the next level of imaging accuracy and fish identification. This will allow you to see structures, vegetation and fish with incredibly realistic clarity. You will have access to images similar to those you might have while diving. Down Vision: DownVision technology offers a near - photographic image of the seabed, and allows you to see in detail the fish and structures below your boat. The probe emits a vertical beam, which gives access to a « from the front ». So if you want to observe a wreck, for example, the DownVision will show you a view of the wreck as if it were in front of you. This technology precisely targets fish, with high resolution images. The probe is equipped with a double beam, which makes it possible to increase the prospecting frequencies, and consequently increase the scanning. Side Vision: Where the Down emits a vertical beam, relatively targeted, the SideVision technology makes it possible to scan a very large surface under the boat. So if you want to observe a shipwreck, the SideVision will show you a view of the wreck as if it were below you, giving a "top down" view. The probe allows for greater scanning, as well as adding relief and depth to the observed elements. The image you will have available will be somewhat "compressed", like a sheet that is folded, which allows you to have a side view of the two sides of the object. Raymarine's CHIRP signal processing provides excellent long range, up to 180m either side. RealVision 3D: This technology makes it possible to combine the advantages of both DownVision and SideVision, delivering a 3 - dimensional, orientable and realistic view. So, if we take the example of the wreck again, you can see it from above, on the sides, and turn around. The advantage is that the 3D view is more telling than the side view, because it combines the side views to give an overall view. You can even pause and rewind the sonar history to examine in more detail or set a waypoint. RealVision 3D uses GPS positioning to build the most accurate 3D model of the underwater world in real time.
