Quicksilver SAE 25W40 Oil Quicksilver SAE 25W40 4-stroke Inboard Engine Oil is a unique formulation specially designed to provide optimal lubrication and corrosion protection to 4-stroke marine engines. This Quicksilver SAE 25W40 oil has higher viscosity, does not contain viscosity-enhancing agents that could cause the engine to break down, thus providing less protection to the engine. The higher concentration of detergents, anti-oxidants and anti-corrosive agents provides greater protection than most standard 4-stroke car engine oils. Continuous use of this oil reduces wear, prr-gripping and abrasion of internal engine components. It keeps pistons clean and prevents piston rings from seizing and protects internal engine parts from corrosion. Meets and exceeds API maintenance requirements for SJ, CF-2 and CH-4 classes.
