SIKA Monotop 110 QuickFix ready-to-use mortar - 5kg, designed for all applications requiring fast setting up such as quick sealing and plugging. Adhesion is excellent on many substrates such as concrete, metal, stone or brick. For a perfect final appearance, the product can be painted after total hardening. The substrate must be moistened before use, but it must not be dripping. APPLICATION Mix in small amounts until the desired consistency. As an indication, the amount of mixing water is about 0.95 to 1.05 liters per 5 kg of powder. This corresponds to a mixing rate of 19 to 21%. Only prepare the usable quantity in the next 2 to 3 minutes, otherwise hardening starts and the mortar is no longer applicable. The heat activates the reaction, the cold slows it down; the use of cold or warm water for mixing allows to a certain extent to adapt the DPU (Practical Use Time) to the working conditions and the ambient temperature.
