Mould release oil Sparol 443 Pure synthesis, for concrete and mortars, SIKA Sparol mould release oil is a deferred mould release agent. Its solvent-free formula is ready to use. No oily traces after formwork or demoulding Allows the subsequent application of coatings or paints Suitable for white or coloured concrete Features : Quantity : 2L Inspection/Colour: Colourless to brown liquid Shelf life: 3 years in its original and intact packaging Storage conditions: -5C - +35C Density: 0.87 at 20C Consumption: 1L for 30m2 Application equipment: Brush / roller / sprayer Packaging : Release oil SIKA Sparol 443 - Pure synthesis - 2L Tips : FIELDS OF APPLICATION On metal and wooden substrates with a temperature between -5C and +70C, in cold and hot weather for classic vibrated concrete or special non-vibrated concrete (self-compacting concrete) and when it is necessary to obtain evenness of colour in the hardened concrete. APPLICATION Sika Separol-443 Pure Synthesis can be used neat. Spray or brush evenly over a film of product, avoiding gaps and overlaps. For application to small and/or complex moulds, we recommend wiping the mould surface with a cloth after application. For material soiled with laitance, cleaning with Sika Decap is recommended prior to application of Sika Separol-443 Pure Synthesis. IMPORTANT Tests prior to each use will verify that the directions for use and conditions of application of the product are satisfactory. Use Sika products with care.
