Application | After the necessary preparation of the supports, install in the joint at the required depth, a Sika JOINTS FIT of section adapted to the width of the joint. If necessary, apply a Sika primer. Install the cartridge in a putty gun. Extrude the Sika Sanisil sealant into the seal and press it onto the seal lips making sure they are in good contact with them. Fill the joint continuously and avoid any air bubbles. Sika Sanisil should be tightly squeezed against the lips of the joint to allow good adhesion. It is recommended to use media protection strips if clean, straight edge joints are required. Remove the strips before the putty forms a skin. Do not use a smoothing agent containing solvents.
