Joint depth depends on width. For joint widths up to 12 mm, a joint depth of 6 mm must be observed. For wider joints, the joint depth is half the width. Inject the filler evenly into the joint and smooth it out within 1 minute, using a spatula moistened with a soap solution or the UHU Silicone Multi-Tool. Remove masking tape immediately after smoothing. A film forms after approx. 15 minutes. Hardened silicone putty residues can only be removed mechanically.
