Pack of 24 SIKA Sikaseal 109 Carpentry Silicone Putty - Transparent - 300ml, a universal multi-component silicone putty, used to make joints in carpentry, construction, prefabrication and curtain walls. It can be used both indoors and outdoors for maximum versatility. Advantages : Adhesion that does not require a primer on most substrates. In all cases of use, the substrates and joint lips must be cleaned of all non- or poorly adherent parts and of any product that may affect the adhesion of the sealant (grease, oil, dust). APPLICATION Respect the DTU 44.1. In particular, do not make joints less than 5 mm wide. Use a Sika JOINT FUEL installed with non-cutting tools to avoid damaging its surface. Apply the sealant in a continuous joint using a manual, pneumatic or electric gun, avoiding any air inclusion. Tighten the sealant carefully against the joint lips. Then smooth with a brush moistened with slightly soapy water, if necessary, before a skin forms. Use Sika products with care.
