Sikaflex-291i has excellent adhesion to the main substrates used in shipbuilding: wood, metals, primers and paints (two-component), ceramics, and plastics (GRP, etc.). However, it should not be used on plastics subject to stress cracking. This product has low flame spread in accordance with International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards.
