Polymerization and simple application with a spatula will allow you to easily carry out all your parquet work, even on old tiles! Advantages: Known packaging which facilitates the implementation, limits the losses on the building sites and facilitates the elimination of the waste Fast polymerization Without water, does not cause swelling of the parquet Glue elastic which decreases the sound of the noise of impacts Reduces the stresses on the support: the elastic glue reduces the propagation of the stresses between the parquet and the support Suitable for most of the current wooden floors Suitable for the bonding on a screed based on calcium sulphate Suitable for laying on heated floors Can be sanded Characteristics: Density: 1.6 approx. Color: brown parquet Support temperature: above + 15 C when laying on a non-heated floor / about + 20 C when laying on a heated floor. Skin formation time: 60 to 75 min approx. at + 23 C and 50% RH Polymerisation speed: approx. in 24 hours at + 23 C and 50% RH With spatula B6: Consumption: 900 to 1200 g / m / With spatula notched B11: Consumption: 1000 to 1300 g / m Packaging: 3 x 6kg Reference: 426497 Packaging: Delivered in its original packaging Tips: SUPPORTS The support must be flat, clean, healthy, normally porous. There must be no powder, no cracking or crust on the surface. The lack of flatness of the supports allowing to receive a glued floor must not be superior to: 1 mm of maximum deflection under the ruler of 20 cm / 5 mm of maximum deflection under a ruler of 2m. APPLICATION Sika Adheflex Spatulable should be applied directly from the floor and distributed evenly with the notched spatula suitable for the floor over the entire surface of the carefully prepared surface. Cut a corner of the bag, then pour the product on the ground. Then spread the glue in a continuous layer with the toothed spatula held perpendicular to the ground and work backwards. For a good comfort of installation, the width of the glued surface will be about 0,5 m approximately. The floor is laid before the glue forms a skin (approximately 60 to 75 minutes at + 23 C and 50% RH). Otherwise, remove the glue that has formed a skin using a plaster knife or other. In case of lack, reapply glue. Thoroughly rub the parquet boards in the glue so as to get a good wetting over their entire length. The blades can then be tightened with a mallet and an intermediate piece. The floors must be laid in accordance with the DTU 51.2 and the requirements of the parquet manufacturer (moisture content, peripheral joints, joints between blades, etc.) Close the bag tightly and quickly after use, chasing the air and then folding it on herself. Use Sika products with care. Before use, please consult the manufacturer's product leaflet available on the sika.fr website.
