Corrosion protection SIKA SikaMonoTop-910 Eco - 12 kg - Grey, enriched with synthetic materials, as a bonding bridge and as corrosion protection, complies with the requirements of EN 1504-7. Reduces the carbon footprint compared to a conventional formula. Always refer to the indications on the packaging. Packaging : x1 Hydraulic Mortar Delivered in its original packaging Tips : QUALITY OF THE SUPPORT / PRE-TREATMENT Concrete: The concrete substrate must be load bearing and have sufficient compressive strength and a minimum tensile strength of 1.5 MPa. The substrate must be clean, free of oil and grease, free of friable particles or poor adhesion. Cement laitance, old paint layers and other surface treatment agents must be completely removed. Substrates must always have a sufficient roughness depth. Metallic surfaces: Remove rust, scale, cement, dust, oil, grease and other friable or harmful particles that can hinder adhesion or promote corrosion (Sa 2 according to ISO 8501-1). Surfaces must be prepared by a suitable process, e.g. blasting with hard abrasives or high-pressure water jet up to the degree of purity Sa 2 (ISO 8501-1). Avoid application in direct sunlight and/or strong wind and/or rain. Do not exceed the maximum water quantity. Apply only on a clean and prepared substrate.
