Always refer to the packaging. Packaging : x1 Repair mortar Delivered in its original packaging Tips : QUALITY OF THE SUPPORT / PRE-TREATMENT Concrete: Concrete must have a compressive strength of at least 25 MPa and a cohesion of at least 1.5 MPa. Substrates must be sound, cohesive, clean, non-greasy, free of dust and loose particles that are not adherent or that may interfere with adhesion. Non-adherent parts must be removed by appropriate mechanical means. The surface of the concrete substrate must be prepared mechanically (e.g. by hydrosandblasting) in order to provide a rough surface that promotes the adhesion of the mortar. Steel: Rust, mortar fragments, dust and other damaged materials that impair adhesion and promote corrosion must be removed. Surfaces should be prepared using mechanical or hydroblasting techniques.
