The laitance of cement and other weakly adherent elements must be eliminated. Sikaflex PRO-3 SL adheres without primer or activator. Non-porous substrates: Aluminum, anodised aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, metals with thermo lacquered powder coatings or glazed tiles must be cleaned and then degreased with a clean cloth impregnated with Sika Aktivator 205. Before the application of the sealant, let the Sika Aktivator 205 dry (drying time 15 min to 6 hours maximum). Other metals such as copper, brass, titanium zinc must also be cleaned and then degreased with a clean cloth impregnated with Sika Aktivator 205. After the necessary drying time, apply Sika Primer-3N to clean brush. Before applying the sealant, allow the primer to dry (drying time: 30 minutes minimum to 8 hours maximum). APPLICATION Sikaflex PRO-3 SL is supplied ready to use.
