This Sikagard-100 Faade Scrubber is a ready-to-use surfactant-based cleaner for the regular maintenance of the exterior envelope of buildings. Its progressive, non-aggressive formula is ideal for removing gray films from porous facades and is effective on all substrates, including fragile ones! With a good behaviour in time, colorless and odorless, it does not require rinsing and applies horizontally as well as vertically, without leaving traces. This product is a cleaner with a progressive and preventive action, whose active principle ensures a unique treatment of roofs, facades and floors. The time of cleaning can vary according to the area, the exposure or the proximity of the vegetation. A visible action can be noticed from 3 months after the application. It is therefore suitable for most building materials (plaster, concrete, mortar, stone, brick, tiles, slate, shingle, fiber cement, tiles, earthenware, polyester, zinc ...)
