SIKA Sikagard PoolCoat - 10L - White, is used as a protective coating for concrete and cement mortar pools and ponds where water treatment is carried out only by chlorination. Density: approx. 1.3 kg Packaging : x1 Swimming pool lining Delivered in its original packaging Tips : QUALITY OF THE SUPPORT / PRE-TREATMENT Carefully prepare the entire surface with a jet of compressed air to remove loose particles. The laitance must be removed by a suitable mechanical preparation. If the surface is soft or not very cohesive, sand or sandblast, then carefully remove dust by suction or by cleaning with pressurized water. ? Cavities must be levelled with a suitable mortar from the SikaTop range. If necessary, use a smoothing or levelling compound to ensure a smooth surface and seal the porosity of the concrete to prevent blistering of the coating.
