SIKA Sikagard protection paint Sloped roof protection - Sand - 1L, ideal for renovating or repairing the roof, protecting the facades against the infiltration of dripping water or bridging cracks. Easy to use, this product creates an elastic membrane and resists the prolonged action of the gel, UV and weather, whether in urban, industrial or marine. Apply on a clean, clean and scabbed substrate from any non adherent part (oils, greases, paint etc.). Synthetic substrates (PVC, polyester) will be slightly sanded to create a micro-roughness. Thoroughly degrease the ferrous substrates and protect them from corrosion with a rust preventive primer. APPLICATION Apply Sikagard Protection Roofs inclined in two layers by brush or roller. On porous substrates, first apply a primer (3 parts Sikagard Protection Sloped Roofs diluted with 1 part water). Waiting time between 2 layers: 12 to 24 hours according to temperature and hygrometry. The site will be protected from rain during and after the application of Sikagard Protection Sloped Roofs (4 hours minimum). Use Sika products with care.
