SIKA Sikagard protection paint Sloped roof protection - Terracotta - 1L, effectively protects inclined roofs from water infiltration thanks to an elastic membrane with excellent flexibility. Long-lasting protection that resists weathering, aging, prolonged frost action and UV. The substrates must be clean, sound, free from any non-adhering parts or that may hinder adhesion (fats, oils, old paints ...). Lightly sand synthetic substrates (PVC, polyester) to create a micro-roughness. Ferrous substrates will be carefully degreased and protected from corrosion with a rust preventive primer. APPLICATION Apply the product in two layers by brush or roller. On Porous Substrates, first apply a primer (3 parts Sikagard Protection Sloped Roofs diluted with 1 part water). Waiting time between 2 layers: 12 to 24 hours according to temperature and hygrometry. The site will be protected from rain during and after the application of Sikagard Protection Sloped Roofs (4 hours minimum). Use Sika products with care.
