SIKA SikaGrout 234 Filled - 25 kg - Grey, after mixing with water, a mortar of fluid consistency, with compensated shrinkage is obtained. It contains recycled raw materials to replace part of the Portland cement in order to reduce the impact on the environment (carbon footprint). Density: approx. 2.2 kg Packaging : x1 Sealing mortar Delivered in its original packaging Tips : QUALITY OF THE SUPPORT / PRE-TREATMENT The support must be sound, free of dust, grease, oil, gel and free of any loose or poorly adhering particles that may affect the monolithic nature of the assembly. It must be cohesive (at least > 1 MPa in direct traction). The substrate, concrete or mortar, must be mechanically prepared (shot blasting, hydrosandblasting, or any other appropriate method) and saturated with water several hours before application. It must be re-wetted just prior to the application of SikaGrout 238 Filler, but must not present a water film on the surface.
