SIKA SikaHyflex 250 High Performance Sealant Facade - Concrete Gray - 300ml, easy to apply and easy to straighten, this sealant is ideal for elastic caulking work and expansion joints. Of very good quality and high performances, this product adheres on many supports and resists very bad weather for a prolonged life. Colors: Concrete gray Packaging: 300ml cartridge Reference: 443701 Packaging: Comes in original packaging Advice: SUPPORT The substrate must be clean, dry, sound and homogeneous, free of oils, grease, dust and non-adhering or friable particles. The laitance of cement and other weakly adherent elements must be eliminated. SikaHyflex 250 Facade adheres without primer or activator. APPLICATION SikaHyflex 250 Facade is supplied ready to use. After the necessary preparation of the supports, install in the joint a Sika JOINTS FUND of adapted section and to the required depth. If necessary, apply a Sika primer. Install a refill or cartridge into a putty gun and extrude the SikaHyflex 250 Facade into the joint. Squeeze it on the lips of the seal making sure of the good contact with them and to avoid any inclusion of air bubbles. SikaHyflex 250 Facade must be tight against the lips of the joint to allow good adhesion. It is recommended to use protective tapes on the supports if sharp and straight edge joints are required. Remove the protective tapes before the sealant forms a skin. Use a compatible smoothing fluid (Sika Tooling Agent N) to smooth the surfaces of the sealant joint before it forms a skin.
