A simple application and excellent sound insulation to shock noises. Advantages: Easy application Suitable for tongue-and-groove and tongue-and-groove floors Suitable for non-heated floors Excellent sound insulation for impact sound Read the instructions before use Characteristics: Density: 30 kg / m3 approx Thickness: 5 mm Consumption: under layer: same surface as the floor to glue Flash point: 420/440 C Color: Black Reference: 83456 Characteristics: Delivered in its original packaging Advice: SUPPORT The supports must be cohesive, healthy and clean. Shave all protruding parts, sand, smooth if necessary with a suitable hydraulic binder. Allow the patch to dry completely and ensure that the glue adheres well. Dust thoroughly the supports by suction. APPLICATION Unroll the sub-layer on the support over the entire length of the room corresponding to the length of the blades. The recesses are therefore perpendicular to the length of the blades. Cut the end of the first strip with the cutter at the level of the walls, door jambs or skirting boards, without contact or reassembly while maintaining a suitable peripheral clearance (see DTU 51.2). The strip forms a laying surface where the circulation on the bare underlayer will be limited to avoid any alteration. Apply SikaBond 52 Parquet adhesive (see product instructions) in each recess with the V-shaped nozzle (8 x 10 mm). Lay the parquet back on the first strip of underlay and control gradually the good contact with the glue before it forms a skin. Unroll the second underlay strip. The different strips will be placed side by side, without overlap and on the entire surface to be coated with parquet, as and when the installation. Make sure the blades to be laid on the tape seams are glued. If not, cut off the solid part of the foam at the junction of the strips. Uneven flatness blade loading can be achieved with, for example, a bundle of blades to achieve good contact with the glue until complete drying. Use Sika products with care.
