SIKA Sikatop 107 Protection micro-mortar - White - 25kg, makes it possible to waterproof concrete structures and to protect it against atmospheric aggressions, in accordance with the requirements of standard NF EN 1504-9. This product is a pre-dosed hydraulic micro-mortar that is easy to use, more "soft" than a traditional mortar. Concrete substrates must be older than 28 days and have a surface cohesion of at least 1 MPa. Mechanical preparation (sandblasting or stripping), so as to eliminate all traces of formwork oil, old coating or laitance, non adherent part or that can affect the adhesion. The support is humidified to refuse the day before the implementation. It is moistened again the same day of the application. Make sure, however, that it is non-wetting and free of any water film at the time of use of SikaTop 107 Protection. APPLICATION The application can be done by brush, roller or projection. At least two layers are required for use in addition to waterproofing. Finishing can be done by brushing. To bridge any micro cracks of the support and improve the resistance of the coating to cracking and crazing, it is possible to use the Sika Canvas 75, anti-alkali-treated glass frame, to be ground in the first layer of SikaTop 107 Protection .
