Set of 20 pockets elastic glue SIKA SikaBond 52 Parquet - 600ml, This set will allow you a quick polymerization intended for the laying of parquet by cordon or for gluing on acoustic underlay. Easy to extrude, this glue will be easy to apply and will reduce the stresses on the substrate as well as the sound of impact noise. Advantages: Fast polymerization Sanding of glued parquet after 12 hours at +23°C and 50% RH Easy to install, easy to extrude Excellent initial tack Elastic adhesive that reduces the sound of impact noise Suitable for gluing most common parquet floors Especially suitable for nervous woods such as: beech, maple and bamboo Suitable for gluing parquet floors directly onto old tiles Reduces stress on the substrate: elastic glue reduces the propagation of stress between the floor and the substrate Suitable for installation on underfloor heating systems Removes flatness defects SikaBond 52 Parquet can be sanded Features: Density: 1.29 approx. Skin formation time: approx. 60 min at +23° C and 50% RH Curing rate: approx. 3.5 mm / 24 hours at +23° C and 50% RH Capacity: 600ml Reference: 424419x20 Packaging: 1x Set of 20 pockets elastic glue SIKA SikaBond 52 Parquet flooring - 600ml Delivered in its original packaging Tips : Support: The substrates must be clean, dry, cohesive, homogeneous, sound, free of grease, dust and loose particles. Paint, laitance and other loose parts must be removed by sanding until a cohesive support is obtained. In addition, in all cases the supports must be: Flat, stable and adherent to their substrate, have a direct tensile strength of at least 0.5 MPa, be free of any product that could affect the adhesion of the primer and adhesive, if any. Application: For bonding to SikaLayer acoustic underlay: for further information refer to the SikaLayer 05 / PH / PC3 product manuals. For bead bonding: After inserting the cartridge or refill into the manual, pneumatic or electric gun, extrude SikaBond 52 Parquet using a circular nozzle cut to 6 mm diameter with a maximum centre distance of 150 mm. The blades can then be clamped with a hammer and an intermediate piece. Many types of parquet flooring must be beaten from above for tightening. The required peripheral joint between the floor, walls and joinery must comply with the requirements of the floor manufacturer. Any excess uncured glue must be removed immediately from the floor surface with a clean cloth and if necessary with Sika Remover 208 or Sika Clean impregnated wipes. Compatibility tests between the floor and Sika Remover 208 must be carried out before use. Parquet floors must be installed in accordance with DTU 51.2, and the requirements of the parquet manufacturer. Use Sika products with caution.
