APPLICATION Sikasil Pool is supplied ready to use. After the necessary preparation of the supports, install in the joint at the required depth, a Sika JOINTS FIT of section adapted to the width of the joint. If necessary, apply a Sika primer. Install the cartridge in a putty gun. Extrude the Sikasil Pool sealant into the seal and press it onto the seal lips making sure they are in good contact with them. Fill the joint continuously and avoid any air bubbles. Sikasil Pool should be tightly squeezed against the joint lips to allow good adhesion. It is recommended to use protective strips of the Supports if joints with sharp and straight edges are required. Remove the strips before the putty forms a skin. Use a smoothing fluid compatible with Sika Tooling Agent N to smooth the surfaces of the sealant joint before skin forms. Do not use a smoothing agent containing solvents. Use Sika products with care. Before use, please consult the manufacturer's product leaflet available on the sika.fr website.
