Each year, in the heart of Ibaraki Prefecture, the Inaba Shuzo micro-brewery produces only 7 barrels of Daïginjo. From a tiny part of these volumes, it draws its greatest pride, the Stella Premium vintage. A deep sake, incredibly fresh, silky and lively at the same time. The emphasis for Stella Premium is placed on the pressing stages which are carried out exclusively by hand (Teshibori). Stella is an Arabashiri Shizuku sake, which means that only the first drops flowing from the hanging moromi bags, before pressing, enter into its composition.
