It is a crustacean low in fat and rich in proteins and mineral salts such as sodium, potassium,"&" phosphorus, calcium and magnesium. Our scampi are frozen on board with sea water. In some periods of the year it is also possible to find its eggs inside, called ""caviar"" of scampi.
