ABSS guarantees defects in conformity occurring within a period of two years, resulting from any manufacturing defect affecting the safe's operation from the date of delivery, in accordance with the law. As of the first 12 months, the purchaser must demonstrate that the non-conformity already existed at the time of delivery of the safe. Breakdowns resulting from improper use or misuse, excess moisture or salinity, water or cement filtration, violence, manipulation of the mechanisms by unauthorized persons, disasters, impacts and falls are excluded from the warranty. Repair or replacement of any part due to failure will result in a 6-month extension of the warranty on the repaired or replaced part. ABSS will guarantee the defects of conformity at the origin of this repair if the same original defects that led to the first repair occur again.
